im looking into buying a amp for my kicker L7 15"

if you have a amp that will give me enough power let me know, if it will not then dont bother trying to sell me the amp

Since nobody has a working crystal ball here on the site (they bought them all of E-bay and they were DOA), you might want to fill everyone in on your budget and the voice coil arrangement of the sub you have.
