trade a MTX 6001 and a little $ for JL 1000/1...

i just got my hands on a JL 13" W7, and my MTX 6001 amp, which i havent used yet, is a little below optimum...so i was looking to trade it for a JL 1000/1 and ill throw in some money...any takers...?
