WTB : Phoenix Gold 900.7Ti for 5.1 system on my 06 TL (Please Read)
 

Hi.

The factory HU in 06 TL can run DVD-Audios which means it supports DTS, Dolby 5.1 and etc. However, the factory amp seems to be very very weak since it can only provide 225W max. I do not know what the RMS is but I am sure that it's 225 W max.

Since the panel where stores the factory amp has a very limited space, I would like to find an amp which is similar to the amp size.

From looking and researching through acura forums, one of them said
Phoenix Gold 900.7Ti is the amp to buy.


Therefore, I am thinking of buying it to simply replace it.


Does anyone have it or good alternative choice?

i have this amplifier... works perfect... what is it worth to you?

Get my 5 channel arc audio xxd5080 for all mids and highs, and get an xxd1500 for sub duty, both those will take up less space than the PG, will cost you less AND you will have more power at the end.

Viperoni on this forum is selling the monoblock under 200$ and I can do mine for 210$ shipped (fresh refurb never installed).

It would cost you about 400$.
