ive built about 5 so far and all made me my pants when i heard em
im now making one for 2 15's ive always built singles.
will it work ok with 2 subs in a single chamber and a sinlge single chamber for the second box(the 1/2 size one)?

Yep, totally fine to have two woofers in the large chamber.
