Box build log
11 Attachment(s)
Some of you have seen this box already. Finally got around to finishing it off today. Looks real nice now. It is dual chamber with a common center port. 1cu ft each, tuned to 34.5hz. Subs and amp in sig. Best so far 140.6 db @ 50hz. Okay on to the pics.
My buddy Mike fixing the oh so accurate Home depot cuts, I am supervising. Attachment 21894 Port walls in and ready for the top. Attachment 21895 All put together now, seems to be missing something though. Attachment 21896 Attachment 21897 Ahh getting better, needs some more black still. Attachment 21898 Attachment 21899 Finally the progress made today. Rounded port opening a little, some touch up paint, and finally some carpet. Sitting back in the trunk. Attachment 21900 I don't know why, but I love the way this looks. Will likely keep doing box builds like this. Attachment 21901 Attachment 21902 First attempt at cutting a visible edge in carpet for the port. Attachment 21903 Attachment 21904 Let me know what you guys think. If anyone is looking to have a box built let me know. Nick |
