Im looking for a ported box design for 2 12in kicker cvrs. I listen to mostly rock and rap. I would prefer the length to be no more than 34inches. So if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is that tuning correct? I used the D2 (17.274) as the vent length, so there is 4.5" more but it's open space. Do you calculate it like that? The internal cuft without port is 4.5 after displacements, and it says 38hz. There is +0.203 port area if you have to add it, which is 22.524 - 0.75 = 21.774, and that is 35hz. Maybe its between 35 and 38, like 36.5. Anyone know?

 

34.5hz & 37hz also if you add the .203 to the 4.5.

 

I am working on it now it should take about 1 hour, i just finished a design for kyleorsini's mach 5 spls. It would be nice to know what year and coil configuration they are.(dual 2 or dual 4)

 

They are dual 2ohm. 2007.
