Building my first Box.

Hello canadian car audio!

At the moment i have this installed.
http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o112/unix4owns/IMG_0309.jpg?t=1244156239
What im going to end up having installed, is that, and two more JL amps for the speakers.

I want to build a box for the sub, that can also accommodate the amps.

The problem with the current box, is when the amp is cranked and im showing by buddies it makes a very slight farting sound, as if you take a fart and slow down the speed of sound 10 times. It's only slightly noticeable but im an SQ kinda guy...

I have done some research on box building programs, but when going through them i couldnt seem to find the sub.

Clarion PXW 1251 - 500RMS @ 2 ohms.
Which is paired with a
Clarion APX1301-Mono-
.....400RMS x1 @2ohms, 300RMSx1 @4ohms.

Im not an expert box builder, but i have a carpenter as a father.. so

Im not afraid to try some fiberglass, and hours of sanding.

Shout out what you think, i want it to look good in the back of a 96 grand caravan.

What do you want outta your system? (SQ, SQL,SPL)
What music do you listen to?

Answer that and I can help design you an enclosure

As far as the amp(s)... mount it under the rear seat. Judging by the pics its mounted on the back of the enclosure right?

When i listen to my music, i like quality. So SQ is my priority.
I find this question hard to answer because i listen to everything, from Rap to country.
But when i look at the percentages right now i listen to stuff with lots of bass because i only have the sub installed right now.
I do listen to alot of country, and heavy metal though as well >.<
So i cant clearly answer your question, but i listen to music that has a beat, and some punch.

The seat is removable that's why i was tentative to put the amps there, but that is a worthy suggestion and it would make it look nice and clean. And yes the amp is mounted on the back out of sight from prying eyes.

As for all the stuff going into the van.

Amplifiers:
Clarion APX1301-Mono-
.....400RMS x1 @2ohms, 300RMSx1 @4ohms
JL A3400 - 4 channel-
.....RMS Power @ 4 Ohm: 45 watts x 4 at 12.5 volts
.....RMS Power @ 2 Ohm: 75 watts x 4 at 12.5 volts
Jl E2150 -2 channel-
.....RMS Power @ 4 ohm: 45W x 2 (12.5 V)
.....RMS Power @ 2 ohm: 75W x 2 (12.5 V)

Speakers:
Jl 6x9 TR 690txi, 60RMS@ 4 ohms.
Kicker 5 1/4 KS5250 45RMS @ 4 ohms.
And some infinity tweeters which i pulled from a 1996 caravan at a pick and pull for 4$ On the back it reads: infinity 5790, and underneath that 36670.

Subwoofer:
Clarion PXW 1251 - 500RMS @ 2 ohms.

Alright well give me a day or so and i'll have a blueprint for you (i'll PM it to you)

As for the amps, i've done 2 caravan installs and i've always put the amps uner the seats. as long as you keep your wiring tidy (eg using zip ties and clips) it isnt an eye soar to look at.
