Just got this sub and looking to build a ported box (round port) and would like to know how many cubic feet to build it and the port size

 

these drivers like small boxes man. i believe they recommended liek 1 cube ported with a 3x12 port.

 

Clarion says the box is 1cuft, Fb is 30hz, F3 is 25.11hz. Round port given is 2.5" diameter 12.79" long.

If you PM 420guy here he can probably help, he had slot ports for his and might know the dims....

yeah he is selling the whole thing he texted me, i just need a cheap sub to run sealed. I know there was a guy on here that had 2 as well he may have some other recommendations for you for box size. Hw and I were going to do a trade for a ssw12 but he is in chattham

I got this sub off a guy who needed money to pay tickets and I got it for $100, also what size mdf should I use?

 

3/4".....brace it well if you plan on throwing a lot of power at it......

so what cubic feet should i build it after driver, port and bracing and how much bracing should I add? (I plan on feeding it 700rms)
