Fiberglass Box Builder - Toronto Area
I'm looking for someone in the Toronto / Durham Area to build me a custom sub box for a single 10" subwoofer for my Mazda 6 Hatchback.
Subwoofer:
FI Q 10"
Sub OD: 11"
Sub ID: 9.25"
Mounting Depth: 6.5"
Displacement: 0.12cuft
Volume: 0.2 to 0.5cuft
Weight: ~33LBS
Due to the odd shape, front, top and bottom can be MDF but the back needs to be fiberglass. The is a sealed enclosure and the idea is to keep it very small to take up no trunk space. (Depth wise, I am aiming for approximately 7.5". Just enough space for the sub to fit.) I will carpet the front so the finish isn't important. The interior panel is removable which means you can work from where ever is comfortable.
Please let me if you know where I can get this done and an approximate cost. I will post pictures of the corner and more information tonight.
