so im toying around with the idea of walling my king cab truck.
i just dont know how to tune the port when all it is is an open hole.

the area of the cab i the box would go is MAX space 42"H 18"D 46"W
i dont even know if i would have enough room to even do it.
any help where to start?

now im no pro.. but i would build the shell and trail and error.. or did u wanna tune to a certain frequency?
But like i said i could be dead wrong on this. i did receive help with my build too

it would be for spl, im not using the truck anymore so i figure i may aswell do something with it. i just dont understand how to calculate the port when the port length is 0" just a open hole. would i just adjust the size of the hole to tune? i did a rough estimate of how much space i would have after the wall is built. around 13.5cf how much space does tipical 18 need?

your port depth is minimum the thickness of the baffle that your sub(s) attach to
I try to do minimum 4" id you dont do 4" then atleast put a 4" PVC tube over the end of the face wall
