saw these pics over at caraudio.com
i wish i could make a box like that. that curved port looks hard to make

they hammer....I can make the side veiw mirrors on the doors
move almost 1/4" with Motley Crue

Go buy some baltic birch from most any hardwood supplier it comes in 5'x5' sheets for about 30 bucks very handy material its the same stuff as select product bendy wood.
I use it all the time if youre good at usin it you can form a 5 inch circumference

If I get past this lazyness thing I'll see if I can post up some pics of a current project where I'm using it extensively for simple and compound curves

If you want the material to bend, don't ask for Baltic Brich. Ask for FlexPly or WiggleWood. Easy to use and can do some neat stuff. It would not be suited for structure though.

I skimpped on that enclosure...it's only a temp...
usually I use a double sided flare...



the seperate cavity design looks even better ...
I should have pics up soon
