great dedication to your build for sure. just wondering on the curved port...so for the bends, did you cut like 20 \_/ shaped strips and place them together or am i seeing what i want to see

Wow very nice ,great work,I tried 2 sets of components and had a horrible time with staging and phase. Ended up going with one set.Im in salmon arm in the spring and would love to hear it.

if it wasn't for the wave guides I would probably be using
one set of tweets

The technique used to make the vent is called "Kurfing". You just taking lost of passes with the table saw on you material to allow it to bend. You can actully buy material with this already done to it.
