Making a hole? (can anybody help?)

Hey folks, I'm located at North York/TO and to my surprise after calling a couple of wood workers, it doesn't seem like any of them could make a hole for me. I was wondering if anybody here could help me out in making a hole. I need an 11" hole through a 3/4" mdf on a 14" x 14" panel.

I've seen a guy cut a curve into a sheet of plywood with a Skil saw......this I would not suggest.

But yeah get a jigsaw or router and cut it out. U can also get a circle cutting jig for a router...maybe even for a jigsaw.

call some sign shops(with a cnc router) and ask them to cut it for you.

Sign shop as in those that make banner? I'm really surprised that carpenter doesn't have a router handy...I thought router + saws = essential tools of trade.
