I modeled the following in WinISD:

driver: AudioBahn AW120T
Fs: 32.4 Hz
Vas (liters): 45 L
Qts: 0.3836
Qes: 0.42
Qms: 4.43
Re: 3.25 ohms
Le: 2.55 mH
Efficiency: 92.8 dB

what i got was a EBP of 77.1....does this mean its more recommended that i build a vented enclosure?

Vented Results:
Volume: 36.9 L
Tuning frequency: 34.44
Port diameter: 4.02 inches
Port Length: 47.6 cm

Sealed Results:
Volume: 18.3 L

THESE RESULTS LOOK REALLY WRONG. WTF!!!!

Check this out

did a google on that
http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/2571.html is a site I found with the box specs for the sub.
Seems your right, sealed is not the way to go
A ported box is but the dims on the site are 1.3 - 3.3 cu/ft and 36.9 l = 1.3 cu/ft

SO that box should work

Ok so how about I build a box that is 20cm high, 35 cm wide, and 60 cm long...that would give me about 42 Liters.

i will figure out the right port dimension using the formulas from diysubwoofers.org

i have 2 questions tho...the specs of the AW120T says that Xmax = +/- 9mm. Does this mean it has a total motion of 18mm? (9mm out from 0 and 9mm in from from 0?)

where can i buy a port? can i just use pvc pipe from home depot or something??
