Hello everyone. Looking for some guidance here. I want to get the most out of this small sub that I can. I THINK I have done my math, but I'm not confident because this is the first box I've ever planned out to match the subs requirements.

Id appreciate it if you guys would check my stats and tell me if this box will be good to go.

Speaker specs:
Model RE Audio Pro RT 8dp4
Electrical Q Value - Qes 0.38
Mechanical Q Value - Qms 4.21
Total Speaker Q Value - Qts 0.34
Free Air Resonance - Fs 22.8 Hz
Equivalent Compliance - Vas 27.1 liters
One-Way, Linear Excursion - Xmax 12 mm
Efficiency - SPL 1W/1m 81.2 dB
Effective Piston Area - Sd 195 cm^2
DC Resistance - Re 3.2 ohm
Nominal Impedance - Znom Dual 2 or 4 ohm
Thermal Power Handling - Pe(RMS) 195 W
Force Factor - Bl 15.4
Optimal box volume - 0.50Ft^3 @ 35hz vented
Displacement 0.07 cu. ft.

Now, according to RE the box needs to be 0.5cuFt ported. Using 3/4" mdf the box OUTSIDE measurements are 12"x12"x11" with the speaker displacement 0.07cuft and and I figure the PVC will take up .025cuft so the box would be 0.51cuft. Close enough for me if the PVC takes up a little more even better putting me closer to the optimal size.

WinISD says if I use a 2" round port at 12.1" long my vent mach will be 0.12. Its green on the program. Is that a good number? Will I get port noise with that number?

Here is a sketchup of the box design. The length of the port is not to scale because I cannot figure out how to measure a down the middle of a curved pipe. Everything else is to scale.

Thoughts?
