Specs vs Oversized

. So awhile back I did an install on our Tahoe. Not having alot of space in the rear behind the third row seats. I had to make a wedge box and I ported it out the side on the top of the box. Aimed at the window side of vehicle. The box size is just above the small box size for the sub. Sounds great for a single 1200 watt rms competition sub..

i was curious as to find out if a oversized rectangle box would sound better in there.

So i built one. Same sub and amp.

no settings were changed just the box. Pointed toward back of vehicle.

what do you guys think the outcome was?
