Tuning sealed box (F3, QTC..etc)

Hey, so looking to build my first sealed box. I have about 5 ported enclosures under my belt, all sounded great in their own way.

Looking to do two 15's with 600RMS each. In cabin (rear seat area) enclosure for 2005 Civic, subs facing backwards with trunk sealed off.
I'm looking to hit lows and have generally good SQ.

If I can attain an F3 rating of 33.7Hz and QTC of 0.91 should that be decent?
I used an enclosure space 1cuft larger than recommended max.

Rating of subwoofer is:

15" Compact Optimal
Sealed: 1.5 2.0

Electrical Q Value -Qes: 0.55
Mechanical Q Value -Qms: 4.3
Total Speaker Q Value -Qts: 0.49
Free Air Resonance -Fs: 22 Hz
Equivalent Compliance -Vas: 209 liters
One-Way, Linear Excursion -Xmax: 18 mm
Efficiency -SPL 1W/1m: 88 dB SPL
Effective Piston Area -Sd: 810 cm^2
DC Resistance -Re: 2.8 ohm
Nominal Impedance -Znom: Dual 2 or 4 ohm
Thermal Power Handling -Pe: 600 W
Force Factor -Bl: 17.7

RE Audio SeX 15's.
Yeah, I know, not what they use to be, but they are still reviewing good, so for the price, I'll use them.

you could use somthing like a Impedance Meter-Signal Generator (IM-SG) to find the tuning and adjust with fill
