follow up
after putting in the T/S parameters into Winisd 0.7 as well as Bass Box Pro and Eminence, I get a recommendation of 6.5 cu ft tuned to 29hz with a 4 in diameter 2.3 inch long port Fb 29hz, QL 5.8 This is actually 3 times the size Pyle is suggesting.
