$200 budget for component set
It's for my cousins' 96 GMC regular cab.
I'm suggesting Hertz and CDT because I've heard one and the other is cheap/good the last time I checked. He doesn't have a sub, I don't think he knows what decent bass is. He saw my rear-view flex and was flabbergasted lol. He said "why not just get a Jackhammer sub and a diesel generator then". I spent the next 4 hours explaining car audio. Has: Kenwood deck 45w x 4ch 2 6.5" Sony 55W 2 Pioneer 6x9 150Wea I don't know the hole diameter or anything else until he gets back to me. I suggested: Dcon 10" $100 Box $100 300W @ 1ohm amp $100 Component set $200 300W x 4 channel amp $100 Kickpods $100 Deck $100 Wiring $100 Deadening $100 Total $1000. Which set do I suggest or stay away from? :dunno: I'm not going to suggest anything mainstream such as Alpine, JL, or Kicker. |
