02 Trailblazer only 1 speaker working and radio won't play when car is off.

Hey guys, I followed the tutorial below and everything seems to be working fine now. Furthermore, the only problem I am having is that only my driver side speaker is playing music. My passenger side door speaker sounds blown and my two speakers in the back seat have no sound going through them at all. How can I fix this? Should I just get new speakers all together to solve this problem? Also when I turn my car off, before I installed my new head unit it used to play music until I opened a door, or when I turn my key in the opposite direction. Now, it only turns on when I turn the car completely on or right before the ignition start. I know it has something to do with the fuse block/box that I did in the following video. Basically, what fuse place can I put the power cable for the radio in? Thank you guys in advance for your help! I have a sony head unit if that makes any difference.
