05 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT 4x4 Quad Cab Planning

I have an 05 Ram 4x4 SLT Quad cab with the Factory four speaker setup. So far I have replaced the head unit with one from OEM Car DVD Player - China Biggest Professional OEM Car Audio & Video Shopping Mall so it would fit factory and plugs right into old harness.
I have also replaced the factory speakers with Infinity's Kappa's 52.9i's in the rear and 693.9i's in the front.
The factory head unit powered them okay but it eventually blew a channel when I bought two 2-1/2'' tweeter's for the front, and tied them into the rear's. I am gonna abandon the 6 speaker plan and go to four. Now I need an amp though to power the infinity's cause the oemdvdplayer doesnt have the power the factory unit did.

So in short my questions are this.
What amplifier should I use to power those 4 Kappa's?

I have a Soundworx shallow mount box for two 10'' subs and a two farad capacitor. I want to know what is the best shallow mount subs and amp for that?

So far I think the new BM mark subs may be the best and will be out very soon if not available already, but have never owned them or heard them, what do you think of them? and what amp for those?

should I get a capacitor for the kappa amp aswell? And is there a nice spot you know of to mount it and the amps? I am sure the amps will be under the seat but not sure of capacitors.

Since the ram comes in diesel is there a spot for the second battery that could be utilized somehow? that would eliminate light flicker the best I figure maybe an airraid type setup allows it, have you heard of that, I would like to do the 700$ Ram Air upgrade would that allow it?

So any install advice products or websites I could check out would be a great help, I dont quite understand what amp to use for the kappa's as the rears are two-ways and the fronts are 3-ways, I would like to make it the best setup I can with what I have so far. I just really want to have the correct volts amps ohms watts everything to make it sound quality able to play country to rap without having a specialty and maintaining deep quality bass without distortion.

I would suggest a custom ported box with a pair of shallow mount subs , under the back seat , Its called a stealth box , I would suggest a 400 to 500 watt 4 channel amp for the speakers , you should have enough space under the rear seat to fit a small secondary battery
