I have 2 RE8s svc 2ohm and im going to make a box to go between the front seats in my Dakota. Im going to use 3/4" for the bottom to put the subs onto, but the rest will be 1/2 inch. Will this be okay or will i need to do some bracing? Also im goin to round the front part of the box so it matches the seat, going for a stealth look. When i cut the slits into the mdf to curve it, should I put woodglue in the slits after i get the shape i want to make it stronger or should i just fiberglass it?

Yes, bracing will help a lot!! Bondo over the slots in the mdf (Kitty hair or another brand with glass fibres in it). If it is ported; be careful where you put any bracing, because it could effect the performance of your enclosure!
Oh, and resin over the bondo or paint will do as well!
