(1) mono amp and (1) 2/3/4 channel amp

hello, i have a question about hooking up 2 amps, for the most part i got it working just running into a small problem,

ok my main amp is a

(1) MB Quart FX1.1000
1000W RMS 1-Channel Monoblock Formula Series Amplifier
MB Quart FX1.1000 1000W RMS 1-Channel Monoblock Formula Series Amp

i have these hooked up to my 2 kickers, and it works great

and i have a new 2nd amp is

JL Audio JX360/4
360W RMS, 4-Channel Class A/B JX Series Full-Range Car Amplifier
JL Audio JX360/4 (JX3604) 360W RMS, 4-Chan Class A/B JX Amplifier

i want to hook up my rear 6x9 and my new Component speakers:

i have my power wire from my battery to a Distribution Block then ran to both amps, i have the ground also hooked up to a Distribution Block and ran to both amps, remote wire hooked up to both amps and all works fine both power on and work, so heres the problem i have my rca ran from back of the radio SW to the main amp, then i have a 2nd set ran from there to channel 1&2 on the 2nd amp and it works but only channel 1&2 work, i know i need another set of rca to channel 3&4 to make the other 2 speakes work but my main amp only has 1 set of outputs, how can i make this work thanks

i got the y adapter and it works, but i have another question should be simple i hope, today when i was driving to work i noticed that my subs dont hit as hard, i have the other amp hooked up just power, ground and remote no speakers yet is it possible that my 2nd amp is stealing some power from the amp that powers the subs, i can always adjust the radio and bass boost on the amp if i want it louder i was just wondering if that is what happend, and will this cause any problems ? Thanks

Also i noticed that my 6x9s that are hooked up to my 2nd amp only come on if i turn the subwoofer on in the radio and they turn off if i shut the subs off. Is this normal ?

thats because ur main sub amp is connected to the deck and the other amp is connected to the sub amp therefore if you cut the signal going to the sub amp everything else connected to the sub amp with also cut off

also your 4 channel amp should have a switch for 2ch/4ch mode and you shouldnt need y adapters.....switch it to 2 channel mode so it will use the signal from 1 and 2 for channels 3 and 4

your right there is a 2 and 4 channel switch, its on 4 channel right now because i thought thats where it had to be in order for me to use this amp for my 2 6x9s and my two front speakers in the door

ok just one more thing i need help with lol sorry i just dont understand why its doing this, ok so as i said before i hooked up another amp to power my 6x9 and my front speakers, i just got them installed and the 6x9 are loud but my front speakers are barley even putting anything out, also if you set the Sub Power up or down in the radio settings it changes the 6x9 and front speakers also, i thought it only changed the subs but it dont is this because i have rc cables running from the sub amp to the 2nd amp ? also i noticed on my radio i have 3 outputs SW, Front, Rear. Should i run 2 pairs of rca from the radio to the 2nd amp only and drop the rca from the sub amp to the 2nd amp, would the help any THanks again sorry i am trying to learn
