hey guys. I need help trying to find a good amp that puts out 1500 rms at 1 ohm. any help would be appreciated.

i personally Like the sundown SAZ 1500D but what kind of budget are u looking at?

 

Have a look at the Lanzar Opti2000D

 

Hifonics TXI 1501d, crunch ground pounder GPD1500d, crunch powerzone PZI1500d

 

ya sundown was the first amp that came to mind. my budget is around $1100. I personally dont like hifonics and iv never heard of the crunch amps. Anybody know if the crunch amps or the lanzar amps are any good?

Yes, hifonics, crunch, autotek are all maxxsonics even mb quart, and they make very good amps , the ground pounder series is an spl amp and was recently tested in performance auto and sound, also crunch and autotek amps are cea-rated, lanzar are also cea-rated, crunch ground pounder series is the best bang for your buck if you are willing to spend 1100 dollars you can get an autotek mean machine 4000k which is 4000 rms at 1 ohm, and you can get one for 800-900 dollars, do some research on maxxsonics you will not be dissapointed. If you are looking for 1500 rms at 1ohm they have many different choices and you can get one for near 300 bucks. Many people in dbdrag and iasca are using crunch and autotek amps.

 

hmm well ill have to check those ground pounders out.i just had a hifonics amp and wasnt satisfied.

 

MTX makes a darn fine amp that will produce in excess of 1500w rms into 1 ohm at your budget.
