Hey guys i need help. I have to Kicker solo x's 12" and i want to put it in my G35 sedan. I want to know if a Soundstream XXX6500 Amplifer will be able to push these subs. Im confused because im not sure if its 6500 RMS or 6500 WATTS.
So please help me out.

RMS is a measurement of watts.
You've got RMS watts, and MAX watts.
MAX watts being completely useless as a measurement, only RMS is considered at all.
That amp is listed on a website as...
6500 WATT RMS @ 1 Ohm
4800 WATT RMS @ 2 Ohm
3400 WATT RMS @ 4 Ohm
Manual states... 4082W@13.5V DC w/ 1%THD @ 1ohm load (465 Amp draw on the electrical system)
Though I don't know if it delivers or not. I'd only believe it if I saw a birthsheet or review, but for the price I just saw on a website, I would really hope it does...

They're rated at 2500W RMS each for a combined total of 5000W.
So they will be underpowered according to the amp's ratings in the manual at 1 ohm, but I doubt that would make a difference at this much power.
If you want to go by the website specs, it should be enough though, but it all depends on which version they are. The 2 or 4 ohm will determine if the amp will even put out that much power into the load.
I would be more concerned about having an electrical system that can support this instead.

Well even though the amp can put out whatever power at 1ohm, that doesn't mean you're going to have a 1 ohm load, and I don't know what version of the subs you have. The dual 4 or dual 2 ohms, or if they're an older model that isn't either 2 or 4.
