thanks for the replies, would 2 inside a mini be enough for some decent bass. or do i need more, or would one be good. i know decent bass doesn't really mean anything, but would 2 be equivalent to one ten in the trunk or would it be alot less. also does anyone know what shipping would be like for the tang band speakers to toronto?

man, i was going to buy these when they were 30 and i missed out, i just didnt know what i wanted. I think ive decided to go for the tang bands. So what sort of amp should i be using to power them (on the affordable side)

200watts rms mono at 2 ohm would be allright and can be had for cheap too.

well i just bought 2 of the tang bands. so if im running 2 what specific amps would be best at the best cost, and what about buying used? good idea or bad?

danyman 01-01-2009 10:33 PM

a small 2 channel would do fine. anything that will do 50 to 75 watts rms at 4ohm per channel would do great. like the RF punch 200.2 would do the job and is small also

Cool thanks man, hopefully they were shipped USPS and not UPS. If it was UPS get the lube ready and bend over for the nice UPS guy when they get there. I have ordered 2 things from the US about $50 each. Both times were shipped UPS and ended up paying an extra $25 on one and $30 on the other for border fees when they got to the door. For sure let me know when you get em.
Thanks
Nick
