If Walmart doesn't have the boxes for those speakers, any car audio shop will.....even FS and BB have 'em....usual price is around $30-40 for a pair. Mount the drivers and use a couple of large screws thru the back deck to nail them down.....

Any particular reason why you're not mounting them in the rear deck itself??

If you can wait until the weekend I can give you a hand with this.....

No, running them mounted in the rear deck in the Infinite Baffle setup they are designed for will get you the most bass out of them......putting them in a relatively small airspace will raise the power handling but cut back on the very low stuff.....

Just for the record, putting your 6X9s in boxes on the back deck looks kind of ghetto.....

If you take the time to install them correctly they will sound a lot better, you might as well get the most out of them you can.....

If you are mounting these boxes under the rear deck and firing the speakers up into the back window, don't waste your money on the boxes.....just mount the drivers right to the rear deck and be done with it.....if the rear deck only has a hole for a 6.5" or a 4X10" you need an adapter plate, not a box.

Putting that large a pair of speakers in your rear window will cause the police (if no-one else) to look at you funny....it gives them an excuse to pull you over for a wee chat if they think you are obstructing the view out the rear window.

if your rear deck is carpeted, velcro is your best friend.

if not, use a set of small L-brackets.
