Hey all
I am about to pull my 7909 out to add a remote control to it. Does anyone have any suggestions about other mod's I could do to it. I have already put an optical TOSlink output in it a few years back.
The volume pot will be replaced with 2 motorized stereo ones. I chose 2 so I have some feeback for each channel and I will use that info to get =<0.1dB channel matching at any setting.
I have been looking at making it into a flip top unit versus front loading {toooo many scratched discs}.
I'll be taking pics throughout the process.

BTW if anyone has the IR code {data/function etc.} info for Alpine remote's that they could supply to me it would be much appreciated.
