AAC + SD/USB/HDD deck
AAC + SD/USB/HDD deck
So I've been doing the whole FM transmitter thing with my iPod forever! I've looked at some of the pioneer decks (deh-p390mp etc) that can control the ipod from the deck with an adapter, but I don't want one of those.
What I really want is a deck that will play AAC/M4A formatted music internally.
Does anyone know of a deck that can do both of these:
1. Play AAC/M4A
2. take SD cards OR USB stick OR external HDD?
What I really want is a deck that will play AAC/M4A formatted music internally.
Does anyone know of a deck that can do both of these:

The Clarion DXZ575USB plays ACC formmatted music, it also has a front USB port. Its bluetooth ready, OEM Steering wheel remote ready, iPod Ready. Subwoofer control and 6Volt preouts. Checkout Clarions website for more.

Either of these two may work:

I'm quite happy with mine so far.

The 390 mp will not control a IPOD, it only has the front panel aux input. or you buy the adaptor to make it do so. If you are after a good cd player that will provide full IPOD control, USB input and sounds better than the 390, look at the Premiere DEHP690UB, or even the step down DEHP490IB as it also includes the IPOD cable (but no USB). It has just dropped in price down to $199.99
Yeah iPod control is not a concern if I'll be able to hook up an external hard drive. I'll use that instead of my iPod (which is too small anyway). Unfortunately 32GB SSDs are pretty expensive still. Although I have seen 32GB sticks for less. That's the ideal setup though.
Is rear USB common?
