In AB looking for an Installer job...

Hey guys,

This pretty much goes out to anyone it may concern, it might be a shot in the dark, I might get flamed, but there seems to be a lot of employees/employers here in the field, so I thought I would at least try.

I am currently looking for work as an installer, I am 24-years-old, willing to relocate pretty much anywhere if a job becomes available to me. Currently I reside in Edmonton, and have a very strong desire to get into the car audio field, as it is one of my interests, and I already work as an installer, just different equipment. Right now, I do lots of mobile satellite, bluetooth, 2 way radio, etc. installs, relatively the same principals as installing car audio/security, but a little different. I do enjoy this work, but I feel I could contribute to my own success and happiness doing something that I really love. I am familiar with doing installs such as amps, head units, and so on, as I have always done my own vehicles, and am just starting to learn on my own about making fiberglass enclosures, as I am currently in the process of making one for my SUV. Basically I'd just like to let anyone know that I really do have a strong desire to work in this field, that I do have the interest, and determination to work towards getting into this field and becoming successful. I love to work with cars, and electronics, and this would be a great fit for me. I am also a very good artist if that counts for anything, I can send resumés out to anyone who is interested, I have been doing communications installs for 3 years now, before that I worked in metal fab, running CNC machines, bending, cutting, and forming equipment, also worked for some dealerships before doing small mechanical work.

Also, if you would like to ask why I am considering leaving my current employer I have no problem talking about that either, but it's a little too personal to get into that on here. I am not saying I am a pro, or that I know all there is to know about the field, or anything like that, I just think it would be a comfortable transition.

Thanks.

PS- If this is in the wrong topic, can a mod please move it? Sorry, not new to forums, but new to this one.

I should say that I am not really willing to relocate, but more so expecting to. There isn't much for work here that I have found, and my fiance is from the east coast, so she is not partial to Edmonton either. Anywhere would be considered..

Thanks man, I am sure I will find something somewhere in Canada eventually if I keep looking hard enough.
