? about LANZAR subs/amps.....
 

Whats the general thought about these......

Has anyone ran there subs in a ported box.... and is the max amp worth the money over the vibrant amp.... Trying to do a low budget sound system for a buddy cuz he has finaly cought the bass BUG....

Lookin at the 1000 watt Vibrant or max amp.....

and the Lanzar VW12D12" Dual 4 ohm Vibe Series let me know what you guys think.....

He is wanting something perty loud for the lowest cost..

power overrated like 75% and thats bein nice ..... If you can pick up 2 12s and an amp for 50 bucks, sure go for it, other than that i wouldnt bother cause you will be looking to unload and get somethin better real quick.

well i got like 100bux for subs and 100 for amp whats the best we can do with that

You can do better than lanzar, thats for sure. Hmm 100 for amp, 100 for subs, how about this?

I would think in us you would be able to find deals just as good, if not better.

i dont know could i do up one 12 in a ported box that would out do 2 12s in ported with port in middle of subs....

I've been lookin on sonic electronics not even sure if they are a good site to use.... what could i do for around 200 we are building box so as long as it only takes up one sheet we are good on the box... and wiring it are self... so all we need is sub and amp for around 200.00 what would be the loudest... once built that yall can thank of for that price range in a 2000+ nissan maxima

The Lanzar Optidrive stuff is pretty good and is fairly stout

it is a budget conscious brand so you can get your moneys worth out of it, just dont expect miracles

with a budget of 200 US for everything I wish you luck, planet audio is competition for Lanzars inexpensive stuff. I would just buy an inexpensive prefab box, a moderate to low powered amp (maybe used) and slap in a woofer, at 200 you cant be too selective
