Adding an Alpine deck to current system

Good morning, I just bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma that comes with the Navigational display with CD Player etc.. In my old Tac, I had an Alpine CDE-152 deck which sounded awesome. Is there anyway to add the Alpine deck "as well as" keeping the Navigational display? So in essence I would have 2 CD players?

of coarse there is a way. The real question is? Is the alpine all your going to need? The source is important but now a days the factory speakers are made to work with the factory unit and factory amp if it has one. My car had 15 watt speakers and my aftermarket headunit puts out 50 rms per channel. Now thats just not a good match. Also your probably not going to want to have both units hooked up to the same speakers. I say you leave the nav unit. Install the alpine. Upgrade all the speakers. Add a high and mid amp. Build a truck box. Put in two of the biggest subs you can add a amp for those. Do the big 3. Get a high output alternator. Some cool led lights. An extra battery. Sound deaden everything and play music that pisses off your neighbors.... lol
