I need help guys..

What do you guys think about the Kicker KX550.3..

Its like 75w x 2 and 1 x 400RMS @2ohms (Class D)..

Is kicker underrated?

yes, kicker's advertised is underrated.check out kicker.com they used to have average outputs for all their models in rms.it may take a little digging through the site, but it is there somewhere.good luck [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]

very productive comments.. for your info, i have been through almost 6 different systems from 1995 to present in 4 different cars..

However, i never used a kicker amp before though..

Which dumpster would you like to meet up? ARe you going to tell me if kicker amps are good?

Calm down. I am just joking. Of Course Kicker underrates their amps. Unless they have changed alot since ''95 when I got started. I don't think their as good as their reputation but will be sure to provide enough power for your woofer box.

Hey King rukus.. Edward is that spanish guy right? Don't you love the connections we Maxima guys have? I setup that group deal like almost 1.5 years, and i believe there has been 12 maximas gone there already..

I have the Kicker 700.5 and am very happy with it. I have had other Kicker amps and I think these new models are the best.

 

Yeah man he is the Spanish guy. He seemed reluctant on the phone at first, but he was cool with it after. I gotta bring it back in on wednesday for them to do a final inspection. Did you have to do that?
