Advice on Pioneer 4-Ways

Ok, first of all I have no knowledge in the car audio dept.

I plan on upgrading my current audio setup to something that has crisp sound and better bass.

I bought my first car with Front components and rear speakers (2-way) already installed. It sounded great, and now i want to recreate this sound in my 2nd car.

I was considering the following setups:

1.
Deck (200W)
FRONT 4-WAY
REAR 4-WAY

2.
Deck (200W)
FRONT Components
REAR 4-Way

3.
Deck (200W)
FRONT Components
REAR 2-WAY or 3 WAY

Any opinions on the best setup and advice on why?
Speakers would be all 6.5" Round.

Also if I bought 4-Ways would most likely go for the following:
PIONEER TS-A1682R 6.5" 4-Way 280W SPEAKERS

Anyone ever use these/have opinions abt them?
No idea on what deck/components would use. Preferably nothing costly but still good quality.

Like I said, I have no experience with this and rely on yr advices/opinions.

Thnx!:)

If your not going to use an amp to power any speakers, then forget about using components in general, I would say you are better off staying with your X ways all around.

Also, the number of ways, to me, is more a marketing gimmick. As soon as you have a 2 way you have a full range speaker. That's not to say a certain 3 way wouldn't sound any better then a 2 way. It oucld go both ways, listen to them and pic the one that sounds best regardless of the number of ways.
