I was looking for a solid audio single din car deck for my car. Mazda 3 2006 Hatchback. Running:

Alpine type R 6 1/2 Comps
MRP - 240 Alpine 4 CH (bridged to 2 Ch. for the comps)
MRP - 850 Alpine
10 inch type R Ported box

I want to upgrade my head unit to a single din deck. I am looking for a pure audio deck, Blue tooth etc I am not to worried. I would like ipod in. Any ideas? I am leaning towards a CDE-117 Alpine for its solid reviews and audio quality.

I also had questions regarding my sub amp settings. I am looking for a solid tight thump from the sub. Should my hertz be lower, and what should the gan ievel be. I don't like bass draining the sound
