Alpine glide touch...
what a PITA. granted I only used it for maybe 10 min. but it was fustrating always having to scroll threw the menus to return to the previous screen. deffenantly like my 7897 setup better then the 9855.
what do you guys think of it. last time I was around, seem to remember alot of ppl hating it.
also have to say I think alpines quality is gone down in the past few years. again, my 7897 and 7892 seem to be "stronger" physicaly. aka the faceplates are sterdier and the motorizations seem to be stiffer. the 9855 was quieter in its moving tho.

I like the glide touch, and yes, it took some getting used to.
It was a lot easier to use in the display board than it is at 120 kph.
Once i got used to it taking it's time to get to the next menu i like it, gives me a chance to watch the road.
