I have a chance to pick one of them for $100 but not sure one what to get. There both Alpine 1000 watt mono block. MRP-M1000 or MRD-M1001, I know the mrd is older, but is there one better then the other?

EDIT:will be used to replace my Earthquake PH120.2.
