Hi guys,
Does anyone know the best route re: upgrading/replacing my alternator? I'm the proud owner of an '89 Ford Probe (298 000 km) and don't want to dump (too much) money into it, but would like some more fuel for my system. I believe the stock alt. is a 70 A. Any suggestions? (Rewind, aftermarket, used?...) |

Thanks. I checked the member list; there's no "Rob V.O.". There's a Rob. Is that him? Anybody else?

where do you live? its easier/cheaper to get your alt. wound tighter than it is to find one to fit your car. look around at motorcycyle performance shops, local car shops. you might find someone willing to do it. theres a guy here in orangeville who does it.

Thanks guys. I'll hit the yellow pages tomorrow.
