Which Amp?

Hey guys,

I maybe getting a BNIB Kicker L7 for 200$ and i was wonder what type of amp would be good to run this sub. I dont want sumthing that will destroy my car or make my ears bleed. Im lookin for sumthin that will go well with music and when turned up loud sumthin you can hear comin.

Hifonics make some amps to push that and they will be easy on your cash as well.Anything about 800-1000w would be good

Sorry forgot to add make sure it matches the ohms on the sub

If its a DVC2 then it will be a 1ohm or 4 ohm load
If it is a DVC4 then you are looking at 2 or 8ohm final load
Match the ohms to you amps power range per ohm

Then build a good box for it!

a kicker zx1500.1 will do.
i have one here that outputs 1747rms@2ohm.great amps for 2ohm stable.they take teh heat and just keep going.
stillwater gave it to me.but its to small for my kind of use.
