amp blowing fuses

I put a PG 2.5:2 amp in a buddys ride a little wile ago and now it won't stop blowing fuses.
I have traced the main power wire looking for any breaks in the line as well as the remote and found nothing, the power is still flowing without a hitch.
Redid the ground and still it is blowing fuses without the system on.

nearest I can figure it is an internal problem.

Any ideas?

how loud do you have it when you blow one. Only other things there crossing my mind is there a loose connection inside the amp like you said.

Good luck buddy.

Check your remote wire.

On a remote wire doesnt matter if that plastic isnt broken but it can be broken in side. but tugging on it or whatever. a power wire is alot hard to do that but otherwise like i said good luck.

i tested the remote wire and it has a constant flow with the deck on.

The amp has had the magic smoke that makes it work released. Time to send it on to the old amplifiers home in the sky.

new amp though....I told the guy to take it back to audio vidio and get them to get him a new one.
He bought the extended warenty on it so all should be good
