AMP Help and Sub Suggestions

Hello:

I have a 2011 Ram 1500 Quad Cab (not the stock alpine system)

JBL (by Harmon) GTO 509C 5 1/4 component set. Peak Power = 225W with RMS of 75W. Impedance = 3 ohms. Installing in the rear doors.
JL Audio C2 - 350X Evolution C2 3 1/2 (put in my dash slots). Peak Power = 75 Watts. RMS = 10 - 40 Watts. Impedance = 4 ohms.
AVIC 6100NEX is my head unit...

Going to purchase:
Hertz HSK 165 6.5 2-way. Peak Power = 250 watts. RMS = 125 watts. Impedance = 4 ohms. These will go in the front doors. They fit.

Subs:
Looking at JL 10s or 12s Will go with either one 12 or two 10s. Prefer one sub. Any recommendations here would be good. I may need to build my own stealth box for under rear seat. That's why I was considering the JL 12 that are build for tighter spaces.

Amps:
What would you recommend for amps? I think 2 amps. One for mids/highs and one for sub(s). For my highs, I would like to run the Hertz, JBL, and JLs all off one amp. That is 6 speakers and 4 tweeters total. But two of the three are 4 ohm and 1 is 3 ohm. That a problem? If not, what amp would be good for this high/mid set up? I don't want to break the bank on the amps but want enough power to them to drive the speaker to their potential. And a recommended sub for the single JL 12?

Thanks...I'm new'ish to this. Just piecing this thing together.
