Amp information

Hi guy's

I have a question...
What amp would be the best to power two 12" clarion PXW-1251 DVC 2ohm
(1000 watts peak, 500 watts rms each sub)

Well spec-wise you need something that does 1000 RMS at 2 ohms mono

I'm sure there are countless amps that fit the bill

Best amp for those two subs would just be a matter of opinion.

Like what was already said, many amplifiers will do 1000 rms at 2'ohms.

If your wondering what kind of amplifiers are well built and reliable.....off the top
Of my head ......U.S amps or a sundown audio amplifier.

Really all depends
On your budget

If you're the type that likes brand matching equipment, you could consider a Clarion DPX11250 amp. It does like 1500 watts RMS @ 2ohm mono which would give you a little more headroom than a 1000 RMS amp. Although the brands (US Amps and Sundown) suggested by SID0001 above are considered by most to be better quality amplifiers so you should definitely look into those as well.
