i like what u get in the lightning one...i can get them both for good price but i dont know of qaulity of the the lightning audio parts...anyone care to share their thoughts?

I just ordered from KnuKoncetz.com , amazing Stuff, It beats the cheap 100 $ kit from canadian tire.. and it comes up to 70 $ NET cdn, and its coming from the U.S. But since they have an agreement with the border, you don't get any duty fees or any of that, its just a fixed fee, and then just wait for them to be delivered.. They have a nice selection of wires, and accessories too!. Glad I found that instead of ebay, I've seen nothing but crap kits that are probably more like 5-6 gauge instead of an actual 4 !..
