By cancellation I mean destructive interference. At some points the subs will be moving in unison, causing constructive interference (more bass) at other times the subs will not be moving in unison, causing destructive intererence (less bass) which results in crappy frequency response.

Forget what I said about transient response... I was thinking about a discussion on using ported boxes with sealed boxes when I made that post... sorry...
But anyway... ya... bass will load inside a vehicle in different ways depending on sub orientation ect.. ect... both constructive and destructive interfereance is imposible to get away from.... and you have to find the best set of comprimises...
But taking a box with 2 15's and pulling one 15 and putting a 10 in it's place isn't going to have much of an effect IMO...
But anyway... ya... bass will load inside a vehicle in different ways depending on sub orientation ect.. ect... both constructive and destructive interfereance is imposible to get away from.... and you have to find the best set of comprimises...
