amp shut down
1. bad neg
2.bad spaeker (to high of an ohm load)
3. Short in remote wire
4.too high of voltage or too low of voltage.
5.fuse popped (to low of a fuse to amp)
6.wire in in the amp (speakers or power/neg)

this is one of the most pointless threads i've seen, but i'll contribute.
-Rolling your car down a hill, while trying to make it home in time for american idol, into a swimming pool will most often cause an amplifier to shut down
