Amp Wiring Question

I have two alpine v12 amps, one is an MRV T500 and the other is a F 400S. I was just wondering if I should be using a specific one to run my sub and the other one to run my fronts/rears or does it even matter.

Any help here would be great.

Thanks

G

Depending on what you have for subwoofers and speakers, I would use the Alpine MRV-T500 for the sub (provided your subs will handle 400W rms at 4ohms).

This leaves the 4 channel amplifier to power either the front and back speakers in your car, or just the 2 front (depending on how many speakers you are running and what power handling they have).

I have an old mtx blue thunder 12 inch 4ohm sub, unfortunately i dont know th model number and I removed it from the box to check but to no luck.

I was then going to run some 6.5's only in the front, but i also have a solid pair of pheonix gold mid drivers (huge magnets) 6.5's, do you think it would be wise to put these in the back?
