all I know about Aralex is that thier warrenty service on my soundstream stuff sucked big time

the ss problems can be attibuted to a frighteningly ****ty product that failed miserably and there was only 1 guy fixing them, at one point they were 3-4 months behind and were trying to fix producy by the pallet. i sell concept and the warranty is the best usually replaced within 7 days if replacements are in stock or replaced with the closest match, now this is only with concept car audio, the rest of their service might reek, if you have any problems call john bartkowiak at 1800-663-6732, he is the sales manager, btw what is the problem you have, you didnt specify
Aralex has had amazing service for Concept equipment, for Soundstream service it was beyond their control. It was not Aralex that had financial problems, it was Soundstream, thus any parts and service was pretty much toast. But perseverence paid of, the Davinci amp I sent in was replaced after 3 years of waiting. Anybody want a deal on a brand new Davinci?
