Hmmm...does sound kinda sketchy. To my knowledge UPS provides tracking numbers for all their shipments. Heck, even Canada Post provides delivery confirmation numbers for insured shipments.

If you go to your bank they will cancel it for a $20 fee or something, but you have a certain window of time for that....

If its cashed and there isn't anything you can do, have them get the signed draft and have them make you a copy... small claims court from there...


Chances are he isn't looking to screw you but just hasen't sent the sub yet and is trying to give you some lamn excuse that he did send it but didn't get the tracking #...

well.. DDs site says the driver itself is 31lbs.. so either their scale is ****ed or hes sendin me a 22 lb box of nothing.
so you did get a tracking number?

Maybe UPS is in kg?
