I ran AVI components and subs for years, I just very recently replaced
my components because they were damaged by water from a little flood.

I was very happy with the performance of everything I had, I was actually
going to replace my components with AVI again, but I got a really good deal
on a full CDT setup, so I thought I would try them out.

It's a funny thing, AVI seems invisible so to speak, I rarely hear much
about them.

Their drivers are all top notch. If you are going for an SQ setup, you cannot
go wrong!

I was using the Tri-Star LMX set, with a single SL300 sub.

I have used and heard many of the products from AVI.The problem is they are not available at many shops,(I dont even think there is an Alberta store)however they are great world class speakers.I run an SLS-300 still to this day and would be hard pressed to change!

I'am running a full AVI system, F#1 processor/transport Bsm tristar fronts upgraded tweeter to morel supremo,Bsm direct rear fill. Two sls300 12" subs.

They have a very warm smooth sound to them.I will be upgrading my amps to avi's also. In my opinion they are well built speakers and amps that sound amazing.

I like focal products but everyone is running the focal/audison set up, that is why I went to AVI not too many people know about them and they would go head to head with focal any day.

Man, I miss my AVI setup.... you'll see it in the link in my sig.

Only thing I've kept was a set of 4" Ultimate LX comps and SL-170's to run a 3 way. Kinda regret selling the Tri-star BSM's and Direct BSM's now.... but oh well.

Excellent SQ speakers - although at times a little finicky as the crossovers would suddenly stop working or the speaker would make some wierd sounds for 10 mins every 6 months. Something stupid like that and I could never figure out why. As for the owner of the company... HA...

I am running 2 SLS 300's, they are excellent for super lows and great sound quality.
