The one I did was a 4 door, with 5x7's in the front doors, a-pillar tweeters, tweeters in the roof in the back, and 5x7's in the roof in the back also. Maybe your Pathfinder did not have the same speaker setup......

nah i had 6x9's in the back and 4" up front

Hummm, my buddy's pfinder is pretty much the same.

Well what oem wire would be connected to the remote turn on from the aftermarket hu then?

I'll get to see the pfinder again tomorrow (Sunday) and see if I can find an amp in that baby.

Rule of thumb with the pathfinder, if it has the A pillar tweeters it has an amp somewhere.

hmmm, another wrench in the works. No A pilar tweets in this baby. 5x7"? doors, and 6x9 rear side panels.

So again, what else might be wired up to the remote turn on wire from the hu?

^Power antenna - no. Amped antenna - dunno? Not sure how to tell either.

If it helps it's a brown wire with black line running lengthwise and dark blue? cross stripes.
